User Groups and Rentals

AA and Al Anon meetings are held every Thursday at 7:30 PM.

AA is in the basement and Al Anon is upstairs in the Winding Trail room.

TOPS meets in the church basement every Thursday from 9 to 11 AM.

Need to rent a space for your meeting or event?

Winding Trail Room

The room upstairs by the Sanctuary is great for a meeting. Several tables and chairs can be set up in almost any configuration to suit your needs. There is access to a washroom.

$40 for a half day (up to 4 hours) or $70 for a full day (4 to 8 hours)

Basement with kitchen

Need to use our kitchen for your meeting or event? Have full access to stoves, ovens, fridges, dishes, cutlery, sterilizer, etc.

$120 for a half day (up to 4 hours) or $200 for a full day (4 to 8 hours)

Sanctuary

The accoustics in the Sanctuary are AMAZING! Are you looking for a place to hold a concert? A large seminar? Consider using the Sanctuary which holds over 100 people. Includes access to the microphones and speakers, TVs on the walls to show a presentation, a podium and washroom.

$100 for a half day (up to 4 hours) or $180 for a full day (4 to 8 hours)

Basement without kitchen

Need more space? The basement has more room and a TV for presentations. There is access to washrooms. You can use the coffee bar as long as you provide your own coffee, tea, sugar and cream.

$60 for a half day (up to 4 hours) or $$110 for a full day (4 to 8 hours)

Kitchen only

Do you need more space to cook for a holiday or event? Want to teach a cooking class online? Use our health-inspected industrial kitchen.

$80 for a half day (up to 4 hours) or $150 for a full day (4 to 8 hours)

Tech support

Do you need tech and/or a support person for your meeting or event?

Using our equipment (set up and take down) - $40
Attendance during your meeting or event to run the equipment - $20/hour paid to the tech support person plus $40 set up and take down paid to the church if using our equipment.
$20/hour paid to the tech support person if using your own equipment.
